  Jim Wootton is an absolute EXPERT in creative real estate deals (that are legal) for non profits!!! I was on the board of Capital City Church-AG for 2 different building purchases that Jim masterfully navigated us through. We ended up making about a $1,000,000 on the first building he helped us get (in approximately 6 years) and we are still in the 2nd building. We absolutely love our most recent purchase, the old Ballys/Scandinavian location on Old Henderson Rd. What a blessing he has been to our church and many, many others in Central Ohio. I can't recommend Jim any stronger for your church, or non-profit, real estate advisory needs.

  I have known Jim Wootton 30 plus years, during this time I have never heard a negative word about him. Jim is as honest as any person I have met. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jim over the years and find him to be very knowledgeable in the Real Estate Investment field.

  I have had the pleasure of knowing Jim Whooten for the past 3 yrs. Jim has a wealth of knowledge concerning real estate, specially when it comes to non-porfits. He is your go to man! You may even want to get a copy of his book "The Gift". Jim has a very creative flare for getting compicated deals done. He has great integrity and is a pleasure to work with.
