  I had a delivery for this church scheduled for 1pm. I was already intimidated with having to walk into a rich, white, catholic church, but I thought I'd be greeted by friendly and reassuring faces. That wasn't the case. The priest was rude to me because I showed up 5 minutes early. I was right to have felt nervous walking up. I was made to feel like I didn't belong.

  St. Patrick's is classic, traditional Catholicism. Beautiful, reverent liturgies; active community outreach; and powerful, deep preaching--with none of the touchy-feely 1960s BS from the pulpit or cheesy '70s pop music at Mass. In fact, here you're much more likely to encounter Gregorian chant, incense and dignified processions. The Dominican friars are awesome and really do things with a special flair. And all this, adjacent to the campus of a secular, state university. Highly recommend St. Pat's if you'd like to see what robust, joyful Catholic life is all about.

  We have been going to this church our whole lives. Both my grandma and I love this church more than any other and everyone there os kind, caring, and full of the love of God.

  St. Patrick's parish is filled with the Love of Jesus Christ and his Sacraments. Daily Mass is awesome. We all should love this Church!

  A wonderful community of believers and a beautiful, traditional place to worship God. The Dominican friars have a special gift for preaching that can't help but deepen your faith and inspire you to be the face of Christ in the world. The friars and sisters exude a Christ-like joy that is magnetic. You'll feel at home at Saint Patrick Church.
