  I would not recommend the Schoedinger Karl Road chapel. I left my cat with them for cremation, and was told I would have him back in about a week. After nearly 3 weeks, no one had called, forcing me to call them. I was told that they had simply forgotten. The entire process was very cold, and Schoedinger made a difficult process even more difficult.

  They did an amazing job for a family member's service. One thing that really stood out was Willow, their comfort dog! She was so sweet and really made a tough day so much easier. These folks excel at what must be one of the toughest jobs around.
