  I love the history of this church. I love that it has a sincere spiritual feel to it, and the congregation is humble....a good mix of people. Not too much focus on pride and wealth the way so many churches have become (even among Catholic Parishes). Plus I love the name because although Mary Magdoline got a "bad wrap" in history, she was the very first to see the risen Christ...so what does this tell you about the importance Jesus places on women?...even on "women of this sort?" I love that the Catholic Church venorates this woman enough to even name a Catholic Parish after her!
