  I wish i could mark this less than a star. Like Minus 10 Stars... We held my bother's service there and how sad that someone in their position would act they way they did with us. Dean was rude, ill mannered, repugnant. Maybe it was because the bill was paid in full prior to the service. At that point he didn't care how he acted because he had his money..... He was totally unprofessional and when I brought it to his attention... For the second time he was rude and did not care!
  Sad.... This is a time people are looking for kindness......Not RUDE behaviors as you have displayed. I wonder how he felt when he buried his wife and I wonder if someone treated him this way? I hope not!

  We had my brothers funeral there in 2014. The place was clean and the minimal staff was nice. Their audio visual equipment was not working correctly and the power point presentation we worked on for days was ruined. Then the times for the viewing and interment were completely messed up. Over all I would never use them again if I were in charge.
