  I was there during the business hours on July 3rd at 1:35 to purchase a plot; there was no secretary and the doors were locked. There was nothing noted on the door that said no one would be available and they would be out fixing potholes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I made a drive from Ostrander, OH to get this done. This is incompetence and poor management. It said by apmt only for evenings and Saturdays...NOT WEEKDAYS! If my mother wasn't insistent on being buried close to my brother I'd take my business elsewhere. A suburb that has plenty of money can't afford a secretary to attend their office daily. Again, POOR MANAGEMENT

  My little brother is buried here as well as Grandparents and other extended family. This is also where my parents will be buried. The grounds are kept up nicely. Only complaint is that they will remove stuff off the tombstones (like decorate plaques, rocks, etc...) and make the families come pick them up. A lot of people put this stuff right back on the tombstones or attach them some how. Some tombstones looks tacky. The same rules should apply to all tombstones.
