  The Washburn and Natoli families unexpectedly lost our wonderful Mother early in the morning of February 22, 2017. Our experience with Hope & Heart on West Broad Street was a most positive one. Andrea Stockel was the representative who worked and helped us during this most difficult time and she was amazing. I called the Funeral Home before it opened and left a message for someone to call me back. Andrea returned my call 2 minutes after her facility opened. We began the difficult process of setting an appointment and making arrangements for the funeral. She was knowledgeable regarding all aspects of planning and carrying out the procedure from the smallest detail to a delicious luncheon buffet after the service. She spent many hours with us deciding how to word the obituary to selecting flowers and choosing just the right casket for Mom. When we were not sure of what choice to make, Andrea offered suggestions, drawing from her years of experience, we were delighted with her recommendations. She never made us feel hurried or rushed through out the process.
  Our Mother looked absolutely beautiful, her hair was perfect and was styled to look exactly like the picture we presented. I mentioned my Mother's favorite color was purple, Andrea helped us select a spray of flowers for the casket consisting of purple, pink and white flowers that was stunning. Our family received so many comments regarding the beautiful setting of the room where we said our goodbyes It was a large room painted a pastel color, surroundings were peaceful, calming and soft music played in the background during the hour of visitation.
  Upon returning from the cemetery, our catered luncheon for 100 guests was beautifully displayed in a tastefully decorated large room. The buffet tables as well as the guest tables were strategically arranged to give plenty of walking and visiting space between them. All tables were covered with brightly covered tablecloths. We received so many wonderful comments from our guests regarding the atmosphere and delicious food being served. Menu included four different choices of sandwiches, vegetable trays, cheese trays and many, many selections of decedent desserts.
  Hope & Heart gave our dear, sweet Mother a fabulous send off with dignity, beauty and grace, she would have been so very proud.
  
  We love and miss you Mom and we love Hope & Heart and Andrea.
