If I were to stand in front of my house with an amp and electric guitar, and play it loud enough for the entire surrounding blocks to hear, multiple times a day, I would get arrested. The church shouldn't be an exception. If they feel it is a requirement to their church to play those bells then they need to move far enough away to not impose on people's lives. One would think that they would rather not encroach on people's livelihood seeing the fact the church is there to preach a moral and rational way to live. Hypocrites.

This church blares their bell sounds every 15 minutes from 9am to 9pm EVERY DAY.
If you'd like to experience this, set a timer for 15 minutes, then start it again once it rings and keep this up for the ENTIRE day.
The amount of noise is completely unnecessary and it is beginning to drive my friends and I up the wall.
*bells begin playing in the background as if prompted.
The bell songs are painful; they must be endured multiple times a day and can last as long as 3 minutes a piece.
These loud, near-constant bell tolls make focusing on work very difficult since they can be heard anywhere inside my house (I live about 2 blocks away).

Loudspeakers playing low-quality bell sounds from dawn till dusk is a surefire way to ruin your reputation with the community and turn people away from your religion.

I went to the 5:30pm Sunday mass and was pleasantly surprised. The church is fairly large (about 17-20 pews in 2 columns each) and the stained glass near the ceiling give the church a very nice spiritual feel. The building seems a bit older because the paint colors are slightly dull and the pews are not varnished well. But overall it is very beautiful with the hanging lights and the nice cross in the front. Some cons - when it gets hot there is no A/C so your clothes will stick to the pews and the air gets stuffy, the acoustics are not very good as the echo from the microphone makes any word difficult to hear. Some pros - beautiful stained glass, less people more spacious. I prefer this church to St. Francis Asissi because the Francis church is much smaller and has more people -I felt claustrophobic.
